What is the delivery time?
Stock pieces ship in 3-5 business days. Custom hats require 2-3 weeks of artisan crafting. We offer express shipping for special events.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee for Discerning Clients. If your hat doesn't meet your expectations, we'll adjust or replace it at no additional cost within the first 30 days.
Can I schedule a private appointment?
